University - The Particular

PFH Private University of Applied Sciences is Lower Saxony's oldest private, state-recognised university of applied sciences. It stands out for its practical orientation, its internationality and its innovative teaching programmes. Those who study at PFH choose an individual and personalised course of study. Small groups and direct contact to the teaching staff enable a personalised study experience – without any admission restrictions based on grade-point averages. In addition to its on-campus courses, PFH also offers distance learning courses. Here, the location and time of study can be chosen individually, making it ideal for people currently in employment.

Study Programme - Main Focus

PFH Göttingen places emphasis on teaching and research on the areas of business administration/management, psychology and business psychology, as well as key technology fields such as carbon technology. The distance learning programme also covers social sciences and education. The content of the courses is geared towards the real requirements of the economy and is designed to be practical. The latest research findings of the professors are directly incorporated into the teaching.

Background - The Insight

PFH graduates work in a wide range of industries and companies. To this day, more than 6,000 PFH graduates have found their way into the professional world, both nationally and internationally. Thanks to the personal contact we establish during their studies, we remain in touch with many alumni even after they have successfully graduated. Within the PFH alumni network, they share their practical experiences and offer tips for successful studies.
